Ingredients (1 Whole Artichoke)
- 1 Large artichoke (cut in half)
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Cloves minced garlic
- Half a lemon’s juice (optional)
Get steaming set up. Have water boiling.
Wash artichoke in cold water
Cut in half, cut off excess stem
Place in steamer heavy side down.
Steam (with lid on) for 30 min.
Once done you can test by pushing a knife into the remaining base of the artichoke, if it enters with no resistance, your finished.
Add garlic and lemon (optional)
